We had a great day yesterday with Lady Maisery at Hellens great Barn in Much Marcle. We used the 15 inch top boxes with two subs per side plus the dual coax fills looking after the front rows. Their engineer Tom Stanier brought his Allen and Heath DLive for FOH which includes some very realistic plugins. The system was driven by lake LM26 into Lab Gruppen amps and sounded really good. A full house seemed very happy with the results. Thanks to Tom for a great job and Caitlin and Dee from Versatile Arts for all their hard work.

Matthew Devenish is just back from mixing the legendary Gary Clail Sound System featuring Tony Wrafter at Shambala festival. A tidy D&B line array with Soundcape surround and an A&H D live console.
For those of you that know your Dub/Dance music Gary was on Top of the Pop’s in the early 90’s. He is still telling it as it is. Good show lovely playing of trumpet, flute and Sax from Tony Dubbed out by Matthew.

Another successful sellout performance by Juan Martin promoted by Versatile Arts and Mu-Mu Audio. As can be seen running one of our small acoustic focussed rigs, with Lake Control, Allen & Heath Qu16, and Lab Gruppen and Kling & Freitag Monitoring, microphones by Schoeps and Shure. Lots of compliments about natural and good the sound was with of course great playing by Juan.
