It’s day 23 of our August declutter challenge and I’m going to tackle my art trolley today. It’s not a huge task which is good as I’m on a split shift today and need something I can do in between!

Day 22 completed ✔️
Not much visible difference but I’ve done so much.
I’ve always said I’m not buying any new storage before I declutter and as you can see this is why…. I now have empty boxes and baskets that I can repurpose.
Free storage…. That’s a win!

Good morning. It’s day 22 of the August declutter challenge and I’ll be continuing working on my spare bedroom today. I think it’s going to be more organising than decluttering today but I’m not sure! I’ll see how I feel when I start after I’ve finished work!!
I’ll post results later.

Day 21 completed ✔️
I love this set of apothecary drawers and decided to put them to better use. They now hold my paints and inks which were totally unorganised in lots of baskets. Now like for like items are organised together and I get to use these drawers again. I’d say that’s a job well done.

Good morning and welcome to day 21 of the declutter challenge for August.
I’m going to finish the last bit of paper decluttering today before starting on my art products (of which I have so many)!

Day 20 completed ✔️ and it’s been a paperwork day today. I’ve found the families birth certificates, wedding certificates, old note books, old payslips (which I still need to go through) photographs, school reports and more.
Now it’s all streamlined with like for like with each other and so much of it was my adult children’s so they’ll be getting it all passed on to them to sort out….Lucky them!!
Still lots to do in this room but I’m feeling so much better about it now.

Quick update on day 19.
No decluttering as such today but,
thanks to my previous decluttering I’ve found a document I’ve been looking for.
The boxes will have to wait till tomorrow…. (again)!!!

Good morning. It’s day 19 of our declutter challenge and I’m going to double up today as I didn’t manage to do anything yesterday due to a family party. So after more family visits today I will be organising and decluttering 2 boxes today.

It’s day 18 of our August declutter challenge and it’s also my granddaughters 2nd birthday 🎁
We’re off to her party later which is a joint party as her sister was 5 2 weeks ago so it will be lovely to see them all. I’ll try and get another box decluttered today but if not I’m not going to beat myself up about it! There’s more important things in life!!
