وفاقی دارالحکومت کی پہلی خاتون چیف ٹریفک آفیسر کا سیکٹر ای-سیون کا دورہ ۔
اسلام آباد: وفاقی دارالحکومت کی پہلی خاتون چیف ٹریفک آفیسر کائنات اظہر خان نے سیکٹر ای-سیون کا دورہ کیا، جہاں انہوں نے رہائشیوں کو درپیش ٹریفک اور پارکنگ سے متعلق مسائل کا جائزہ لیا۔
اس موقع پر اسلام آباد ای-سیون ریزیڈنٹس ورکنگ کمیٹی کے کنوینر میاں سہیل اقبال نے چیف ٹریفک آفیسر کو علاقے میں ٹریفک کی روانی، پارکنگ اور دیگر شہری مسائل پر تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔
کائنات اظہر خان نے رہائشیوں کے ہمراہ چار کلومیٹر واک بھی کی، جس کے دوران انہوں نے مختلف مقامات کا معائنہ کیا اور شہریوں سے براہِ راست مسائل سنے۔
دورے میں نیشنل پریس کلب اسلام آباد کے صدر عبدالرزاق سیال، سیکرٹری ڈاکٹر فرقان راؤ، نائب صدر عثمان خان اور اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ جرنلسٹس ایسوسی ایشن کے سیکرٹری آصف نوید سمیت متعدد رہائشیوں نے شرکت کی۔
اس موقع پر اسلام آباد ٹریفک پولیس کی جانب سے رہائشیوں کو موقع پر ہی ڈرائیونگ لائسنس کی سہولت بھی فراہم کی گئی، جسے شہریوں نے خوش آئند اقدام قرار دیا۔
Islamabad’s First Female Chief Traffic Officer Visits Sector E-7
ISLAMABAD (MNN): Islamabad’s first female Chief Traffic Officer, Kainat Azhar Khan, visited Sector E-7 to review traffic flow, parking arrangements, and other transportation issues affecting residents.
During the visit, E-7 Residents Working Committee Convener Mian Sohail Iqbal gave the Chief Traffic Officer a detailed briefing on traffic congestion, parking challenges, and other civic concerns in the sector.
Ms. Kainat Azhar Khan also joined residents on a 4-kilometre walk across the sector, inspecting various locations firsthand and listening directly to residents' concerns.
The visit was attended by Abdul Razaq Syal, President of the National Press Club Islamabad; Dr. Furqan Rao, Secretary of the National Press Club; Usman Khan, Vice President of the National Press Club; Asif Naveed, Secretary of the Islamabad High Court Journalists Association, along with a large number of local residents.
On the occasion, the Islamabad Traffic Police also provided an on-the-spot mobile driving licence service for residents, an initiative that was widely appreciated by the community.
