Learn from the only official Bhangracise instructor in the South to help reach your fitness goals and improve overall health and wellbeing. Bhangracise is a new exciting way to get yourself fit and in shape whilst having loads of fun at the same time! It's now regarded as one of the most comprehensive full body workouts around. Time magazine even rated it as the 3rd best full body workout on the planet! A number of Bhangracise classes are being set up across the country with many recognising its potential to improving overall health and wellbeing. Its high energy movements provide a stimulating cardiovascular workout as well as being an enjoyable form of dance!

In conjunction with Factory International we'll be kicking off with Bhangracise taking over the space with live dhol drummers + trumpets, dance performance and workshops and DJs so you can dance the afternoon away! That will be followed by Salsa, Hip Hop, Afrobeats performances and workshops too! A full day of awesomeness put on to promote arts, culture and positive vibes in out great city.
