We did it. ✨

This weekend I had the privilege of speaking at Before You Leap alongside Hikmat Adamu 🇬🇧🇳🇬 and Speaker | Business Consultant | Business Strategist with our wonderful host Elizabeth Ayeni

As someone who spends a lot of time helping people build businesses and brands, one of the biggest lessons from the day wasn’t about marketing, sales or strategy.

It was about self-awareness.

One attendee shared that they had realised this is not their season for self-employment. another confirmed that she delt validated by the conversation we had.

And honestly? I saw that as a win.

because this was exactly what we wanted to achieve.

We live in a world that constantly tells people to quit their job, start a business and become their own boss.

But the truth is that entrepreneurship is not for everyone, and it is not right for everyone at every stage of life.

The goal is not self-employment. The goal is building a life that works for you.

I am grateful to everyone who attended, contributed and trusted us with their questions and stories.

The conversations were powerful, the energy was genuine and the honesty in the room was something special.
