This week has been full of the usual fun that comes with being the founder of Spiky Carrot and getting the startup moving. My weeks are always packed, and this is just a little glimpse of what goes on. It does not even include the social media work or the hours of design time that quietly happen in the background.

We have been putting up fresh posters for our advertisers, all designed in house, and setting up brand new ad locations with frames going in for the very first time.

Most of the week has been spent in brilliant independent coffee shops for one to ones, often surrounded by our own frames on the walls. I also made it to a run of networking events, including KCC, Northern Lights and the Small Founders Club.

There were plenty of dog walks in between, a welcome bit of breathing space. We also received our new handmade frames, which was a real highlight, and rounded things off with more meetings and even more posters going up.

All in all, a week packed with energy and the kind of moments that make building a business genuinely enjoyable. How has your week been?

New Campaign – Extraordinary Collective at Number Nine, Warrington

We had the pleasure of working with the team at Extraordinary Collective to help promote their fully funded online digital marketing course — an incredible opportunity for local businesses and individuals to develop valuable skills for the future.

A bit about the programme: through their fully funded digital marketing courses, the Extraordinary Collective team supports people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels to gain the knowledge they need to thrive online. The programme covers all key areas of digital marketing — from website design and search engine optimisation to social media and email marketing — with hands-on training designed to help you apply what you learn in real-world situations.

The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness among business owners across Cheshire and Warrington about this fantastic opportunity.
