It’s OK to not be OK seems to have all been forgotten?
Well if you haven’t been OK sending you big warm hugs because you will be!
Things you can do:
Fill up your social battery a bit - low pressure but even call a friend, go for a coffee ❤️ Reply to some messages even.
Get some movement in - even a walk! So underrated! If you’re more adventurous, a swim, some body weight movements for half an hour (loads of vids online to copy for free). Trust this one is a big help!
Relax! Don’t beat yourself if you need to cancel a few things - do what feels easier on your mental energy and take some pressure off. It’s a busy old world that sometimes doesn’t seem to stop unless you make it for a day. Pamper yourself for a day it can be virtually free to do 💗
Sleep is such an easy one over look especially if you have a lot on your mind. Mindfully aim for an earlier time to get in bed, dim the light, don’t go on your phone 30 minutes before bed and aim for 8 hours.
Give your body some food fuel - yes the Galaxy bar helps us all but 2L of water and some nourishing meals can seriously help your mood. Eating crap as much as I hate to know it can make you feel crap (sorry) 🤣😘❤️
Reason for the post? I have felt wobbly the last few days but that’s fine - I can recognise it and act on it. So, treated myself to a drive through Starbies en route to the gym (making myself go because I know it helps me). And going to have a little pamper evening tonight.
Love you all millions and if you’ve managed to read this far know you are loved and comment your favourite Sunday home cooked meal 😘❤️
