In August, developers will demolish Retro premises. We want to help them to afford finding a new location. Retro is an essential part of Manchester Grassroots Music Scene and we can’t allow to lost them. They have given opportunities to many big acts when they were just starting and they can keep doing this with your help.

Ancient Good Stuff is a rock power duo based in Manchester and originally from Argentina. With a raw but melodic sound, playing bass and drums with alt rock and pop punk influences, they sound like a full band.

Moss Valley are a grunge-doom rock band from Manchester, UK. Their sound experiments with grunge rock by combining progressive rhythms, rich vocal layers and doom-inspired riffs. Moss Valley’s songs tell stories of spiritual awakening, universal realms and finding connection in nature.

LYNSKEY is a duo that “defies easy categorisation - pulling threads from punk, emo, nu-metal, and mathcore to weave together a chaotic yet surprisingly nuanced sound

BLONDINE have developed an unhinged, energetic and feral stage presence. Their set will range from heavy to dancey to melodic to disgusting - and they are ready to jump around and spill their guts out.

ONION MASH are a 4-piece melodic metal band. As the name suggests, their music is a mash-up - a little bit hard-rock, heavy metal elements, melodic, even a little punk. With a unique sound, raw emotional vocals, big personalities and plenty of hooky riffs. They pride themselves on having a good time on stage and making sure audiences do too.

These 3 bands will play their set for you while recording it live and get their show filmed so come to support them and make it look like 🔥
