Graiseley Old Hall is one of Wolverhampton’s oldest and most intriguing buildings, steeped in centuries of history, mystery, and architectural evolution. Dating Back Over 600 years, the hall is mentioned in records from the 14th century, early occupant Geoffrey de Graseley is recorded as paying a subsidy to King Edward II around the time of the Scottish wars in the early 1300s. Also known as “The House That Cries” the Old Hall is infamous for its hauntings. The BBC dubbed it this name due to unexplained pools of water appearing in the main hall, witnessed by both residents and visitors.
