2st 9lb down in total, wow! I'm still taken back and shocked every time I do a weigh in and nothing prepares me for the numbers. I am trying to stay off the scales and only weigh in on weigh day Friday because it does take over your life and you know what im more happy fitting in to old clothing again and feeling so perky and happy than I am bothered about checking them scales. My favourite non scale victory at the moment is been able to wrap the towel all around me now whereas before there was a big gap 👏🏻😍

This is a delayed post..
Its weigh day and ive lost 3lb this week. Its my birthday tomorrow and It feels weird not been able to celebrate as I usually would. But I am going to a garden party of someone else 😅 if I cant celebrate myself then I might as well celebrate someone else haha. No im having a bingo night Sunday with my girls so ill make up for it and maybe even have a cheeky win. Well im off to enjoy my last day being 35 🤪

First little meal out, met my sons nana at asda cafe to collect him and have a cuppa and my son wanted a breakfast. I seen they done kids half jacket spuds on the menu and thought it was a good opportunity to try out my first meal out. It was oddly satisfying and I didnt think id ever be so happy over a jacket potato but the little things matter more these days. Happy girl!
