Breakfast focused 🍳🥓 networking these last couple of days.

Firstly the City Breakfast Club at the YMCA in central . Which included a really moving talk from Emma and Aimee from the Brain Tumour Research charity.

With the sun out and in an attempt to shift a few pounds I went 'netwalking' round Willen lake with members from Collaborate MK, before having breakfast/brunch and a few laughs with them all at the cafe in Willen hospice.

The Collaborate MK events are always enjoyable, so if you haven't been before, come along.

Always great to get a glowing review, especially when what we actually did was quite simple...

We listened...to fully understand their commercial objectives and then helped guide them to best fulfilling those outcomes using a combination of our services and partner services.

Always putting them first was key to getting them the results they needed, easy really.

It's amazing where comes from when running a - these past few months, mine has come from one of my daughters...

12 months ago she was in a dark place and had been for a few years but she persisted with her dream of being a vet.

She has now started that journey and the difference in her as a person is night and day.

Her resilience, perseverance and love for animals has transformed her and she is on course to do what she wants for her future. 😊

I guess the message is, don't give up 👊

Special thanks to one of my clients for giving my daughter the opportunity to get some work experience 🙏

Great for making new connections but not so great for my wallet or waist! 🐷

The Ask GoTo event at Frosts Garden Centres to network with like minded Small Business Owners is a brilliant event but I often come home with a homemade cake or some random selection of jams and chutneys 😋

All joking aside though - if you haven't been to Samantha Poole's event, you really should do - its well worth it.

Met some new faces and lovely to chat with Rae Dillon 🌈
