How are we in June?

Who else thinks this year is going so fast?
I have sooooo many things going on this month with different medical appointments, so my focus for this month is listening to my body, which is something I have been trying to work on for a month or so now. I think I have to be more focused on getting better ❤️‍🩹 and I have to think of the long term plan, instead of the short term plan.

Here are some of the things I will be doing this month and I would love to hear about your plans for the month ahead.
I’m going to rest when my body is telling me that I need to slow down.
I will be doing daily affirmations and gratitude, so that I will be focusing on the positive things that are happening in my life.
I’ve started journaling again which I am finding very useful and I am grateful to be in a positive mindset again.
I’m going to spend 30 minutes a day doing something I enjoy.

After months of working on myself again and I continue to do so, it’s just great to be able to share my thoughts and ideas with others again. It’s a real positive step in my healing journey.
