✨JOB OPPORTUNITY✨

Our wonderful Binny is stepping down as Bar Supervisor next month to go off on her travels (don’t worry, she’ll be back for the odd shift 😁), so we are looking for a new team member to fill the role!

COULD IT BE YOU 🫵❓

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, leading by example, supporting bar staff, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

✨Key Responsibilities✨
✅Supervise and support the bar team during shifts to ensure smooth service.
✅Open and close the bar as required, including cashing up and stock checks.
✅Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
✅Train and mentor new and existing team members.
✅Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
✅Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation.
✅Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
✅Assist with event set-up and service where required.
✅Uphold licensing laws and company policies.

✨Requirements✨
☑️Previous bar or hospitality experience (minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role preferred).
☑️Excellent customer service and communication skills.
☑️Confident, approachable, and able to lead a team.
☑️Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
☑️Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
☑️Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
☑️Personal Licence holder (desirable but not essential).
☑️Must be available Thursday to Sunday in line with our opening hours.
