What a weekend it has been, with a huge double spread in Waitrose Magazine for . Naturally, we headed over to our local Waitrose store for a little photo shoot to celebrate the occasion. Huge thanks to who was staying with us this weekend, and who stepped in to show us all how it’s done in the world of a top model. She can now proudly add to her roster of Chanel, Dior and Issey Miyake

📗📗📗We launched We Feed The UK at a packed Wolves Lane Centre in London on Tuesday, a true hidden gem containing a newly and sustainably-built community centre, flanked by rows of immense greenhouses, brimming with bounties of produce. The Centre is home to a consortium of community food-growing organisations including Black Rootz and Go Grow With Love who are featured in the book, as well as many other seed savers and growers, and among them, even a greenhouse dedicate to producing food for Ottolenghi.

We had speeches by Rowan Philimore of The Gaia Foundation, our publishing director Alexandra Papadakis, Pamela Shor (Black Rootz) who is on the cover of the book, Sandra Salazar D’eca (Go Grow With Love), photographer Arpita Shah, and a sensational poetry reading by Edwards.

We welcomed many contributors, supporters and collaborators, as well as friends, family, and Papadakis authors for an evening of talks, music and drumming, signings, and a pop-up exhibition of photos from two of the We Feed The UK projects.

Next Tuesday, we launch We Feed The UK at Wolves Lane Centre, London – a landmark book pairing photographers and poets with the UK’s most inspiring custodians of soil, sea, and seed.

Bringing together 40 collaborators from every corner of the UK to tell ten powerful stories, this project gives voice to the farmers and landworkers pioneering a more just and sustainable food system.

Reflecting on a superb June at Papadakis…

From major recognition at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, to launching Kiki McDonough – A Life of Colour at the Saatchi Gallery, coupled with an extraordinary spread of media coverage for our books – all of which reflects the enormous amount of work that our team at Papadakis have been putting in over the last year 🙌📚

To mark Climate Action Week 2025, we are highlighting some of our award-winning books that address the increasingly urgent topic of climate change.
