Are you a film, TV, or video production creative who is passionate about helping others succeed? Beacon Films is looking for a Screen Goals Mentor to support emerging Deaf, disabled, and/or neurodivergent screen creatives in North East England.

Your role will be to help our filmmakers to identify and work towards their film, TV or video production-related goals.

➡️ 2 days per week
➡️ 6 months initial contract
➡️ North East England-based
➡️ Minimum of 3 years experience in film, TV and/or video production required

Hello everyone. Focus Forward is a new project for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent creatives who work - or want to work - in film, TV or video production.

Our opening event will feature the amazing director: Owen Tooth and writer: Amanda Graham who will be interviewed by Sarah Leigh of Inclusivity Films and tell us the most valuable lessons of their career so far.

It is taking place on Tuesday 30th September 2025, between 1.30-2.30

- An introduction to self-employment, with SAMEE (October)
- Telling a client about your access requirements, with Ellie Page (November)
