As well as our usual drop ins next week we will be giving a presentation for the PROBUS Group at Royal Solent Yatch Club, Yarmouth - anyone is welcome to attend. You don't have to be a member of either the yatch club or Probus. Please see the photo for information.

On Tuesday 16th September from 1pm-3pm it's our Newport Group for people living with diabetes, at St Thomas' Church Hall opposite the Castle Inn at the top of the High Street. All welcome, bring a partner/family member/friend - tea/coffee provided free of charge.

We'll be at The Cloisters, Bembridge on Monday 15 September from 1pm-3pm for a chat and a cuppa with anyone from the Bembridge and St Helens area (or anywhere else for tha matter) living with diabetes..

We're with the lovely people of Ryde on Saturday 13 September from 10am-12pm at Ryde Methodist Church Hall on Garfield Road.

Come a long for a chat and a cuppa (free) and chat to us about all your diabetes concerns or, just chat to us - we aren't the food police and we won't nag you about what you should or shouldn't do. We just give you information.

From West to East we have our East Cowes Drop In on the second Thursday of the month (11th September) from 1.30 - 3.30pm at Parkside Pavilion on Vectis Road, East Cowes.

Come along and have a cuppa and a chat with people living with the same condition.
