• OCTOBER PT. 2 •

A year to the day since our last public trains, we finally got back up and running at the end of October. It took a mountain of effort, both on the grounds and behind the scenes, but it was well worth it to be running trains once again. Our first public trains of 2024 saw the return of the Phantom Flyer, run in conjunction with our good friends at Avalard Productions. And what a return to service it was! As we're sure you'll agree, the event looked fantastic, and whilst there may have been a little bit of rain it certainly wasn't as bad as last year! In further Halloween fun, the station was the first stop on the town's Trick or Treat Trail, and Shadow Hunters NI returned to find even more things that go bump in the night around the railway.

A huge thanks to everyone who attended our Phantom Flyer shows at over the weekend. We hope you enjoyed!

Thanks also to the superb cast and crew that made it happen including our actors and , our in-character photographer (who took this pic!) and all of the DCDR volunteers who ran the trains, dressed the set and were generally the best to work with.

We'll share more pics soon, but we had such a good time!

Our next events will be announced soon, and meanwhile if you're interested in hosting an event or would like us to partner up or perform for you, get in touch!

Thanks again!
Robert
