After losing myself through motherhood because it was so important for me to be the “perfect” mum, I realised I had to put myself first and work on myself to be the mum I wanted to be.

I found myself again and continue to learn and grow everyday by facing my fears.

If you’re a woman who is rediscovering herself or starting over, maybe you’re a mum, maybe you’re divorced or maybe you just decided to start putting yourself first for once then let’s be friends.

I’m a big believer of pushing yourself, but not forcing yourself.

So when I’m not feeling motivated, I tell myself to just do 1 minute because starting is the hardest part.

Most of the time, that turns into more.
But if it doesn’t, that’s okay, the world didn’t end, at least I did something and tomorrow’s a new day to try again.

Find the balance and don’t put pressure on yourself❤️

You’re mood will determine your day.

I was in a bad mood and so the day matched my energy.

Once I got out of that funk, everything started to change.

And music is magic, especially songs on the correct frequency that you desire to be on.

The universe guided me somewhere better…

I didn’t sleep much at all last night. Even though I needed it.
I never sleep well when a Full moon is appearing.
I had 100 creative ideas going around in my mind.
And I’m on my menstrual cycle so I had painful cramps throughout the night.

So today I let go of the to-do list.
I ignored the voice in my head that told me how important it was to push myself.
To keep going because there’s so much to do.
The unnecessary pressure I put on myself.

Instead I listened to my body.
I remembered to go with my cycle, knowing as a woman there are times to slow down and times to use my natural energy.

I went with the flow, blocked out the noise and had faith that everything would be ok…

I ended up having a beautiful day and achieved so much more than I expected in a graceful way that left me feeling balanced and not burnt out.

I am proud of me today 😊

I didn’t really use social media before and wouldn’t put my life out there for my friends or anyone to see.

However, my perspective has changed and I am now grateful to have these platforms to share what I have to offer.

I have found a way to use social media that resonates with me.

I have big dreams and passions, and social media is a way of expressing myself and my creations in the hope that I can help others.

I want to spread love, health and joy to help raise the frequency of this planet. With so much sadness and destruction in this world right now, we need people to still hold the light. Shine authentically with love so we don’t fall into hate and despair.

Being seen isn’t boasting or showing off. We all have something to give this world and we are fortunate to be able to express ourselves worldwide.

Make sure you’re spreading love and kindness. Be you, because that is what you were put here to be. If not, we would have all been born the same. X
