I am absolutely thrilled to announce that my business partnership with TAD Management has reached an exciting milestone. Today marks the 5th anniversary that Jo Martin Management partnered with TAD Management
A good business partnership is demonstrated by trust, transparency and a shared vision. During the last five years we have, and continue to excel in all these areas and more. Our partnership is not dependent on a mere common goal but on a shared path of equality, respect, desire and no small amount of passion. We work in a highly competitive industry, often with daily challenges, and as a team we work through, support one another and overcome.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my amazing talented clients at Jo Martin Management for your continued support and loyalty. You have been part of this five year journey and without you, it would not have been possible. You are all incredibly important to me and it is a pleasure to work with each and everyone of you.
I know you will join me in extending our appreciation and gratitude to TAD Management for all the opportunities. Terry Davies (CEO of TAD Management) has been and continues to be incredibly supportive. His outstanding leadership is admirable and the way he handles problems as they arise and find practical solutions with ease is inspiring. I want to personally thank all the team within the TAD Cruise Division. In particular, Jan Stenning and Beth Schaafsma who have been there from the beginning of this partnership and who work tirelessly 24/7 offering their full support. Your commitment, knowledge, experience and dedication is unrivalled.
On a personal note, over the last five years, we have all encountered some difficult and challenging times in our industry which nobody could have foreseen and where support and being part of a team seemed more important than ever. During these times, for John and I, a close and natural friendship emerged with Terry & Anne Davies. Today that friendship is stronger than ever and your love and kindness towards us continues to shine. As the saying goes 'A friendship founded on business is better than a business founded on friendship'. I want to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to you both for your friendship, love and support. Loyalty, in my opinion, is unparalleled. It is something that can't be learned, and it's deeply rooted in the friendship we have forged over these last few years. THANK YOU
