Your peace should not depend on someone else behaving exactly as you hoped.

People will disappoint you, misunderstand you or provoke you. Their actions belong to them. Your response belongs to you.

Self-control does not mean suppressing what you feel. It means creating space between the trigger and your response, so you hear your own truth.

Pause. Breathe. Feel. Then choose.

When you stop handing your emotional state to other people, you return to your own authority.

Calmness is not weakness. It is self-mastery in practice.

There is only one Creator. Only one soul, one energy. Without it, nothing exists, nothing has ever existed, and nothing ever will.

Every situation is there to help you see, to help you understand, that no one will ever save you. Only you can save yourself. No one will ever make you truly happy. Only you can do that. No one will ever bring you peace. Only you can find it within yourself.

Only you can truly reach and experience what you are seeking, what your soul truly longs for. Because no one else can do it for you. Not in the way you want. Not in the way your heart truly desires. Not in the way that gives you the feeling you are seeking. Because there is nothing else beyond you. Only you.

Everyone else is an illusion, helping you to see who you truly are. Just like you, they are walking their own path, descending into the depths of their own soul to experience and understand who they are.

You are the Creator. You are the energy creating everything. You create the scenarios that lead to awakening, to awareness, to the realisation that beyond you, there has never been anything else, and there never will be.

After all, you are the creation made in the image of the Creator. You are that energy, that one soul, without which nothing else exists and nothing ever will. It is everything that is and everything that is not. It is the totality of all that exists.

It divided itself into countless small lights, into many parts, and into billions of different scenarios so that it could realise the limitless nature of its own creation, so that it could experience itself anew. So that again and again, through countless situations and through the expansion of its own awareness, it could find its way back to itself. Back to what it truly is.

Because there is nothing else. There is only you.

You are me.

Because you are all that is, all that was, and all that ever will be, all at once.

And this is why no one can save anyone else. Only your own awareness can.

The awareness of who you truly are. 💗
