The Real Zenogram releases his streaming debut "Mirabeau" on December 12, 2025. The track sets Guillaume Apollinaire's 1913 French poem "Le Pont Mirabeau" to vintage synthesizers and dream pop textures—a song written 30 years ago that's finally seeing release.
"Mirabeau" emerged from the cassette 4-track era of the early 1990s, when The Real Zenogram was experimenting with merging poetry and music in Milan. The track combines Korg M1, Behringer RD-9, Arturia analog synths, and a '90s Fender Stratocaster to create a sound that recalls Peter Gabriel's textural experimentation, The Cure's Disintegration-era atmosphere, and Kate Bush's literary sensibility—but with the edge offered by today's production technology
