Band announcement #5: CRAVEN IDOL

London's premium underground force, Craven Idol will unleash their devastating, high-energy blend of black metal and old-school thrash metal. Formed in 2005 by Scourger and Vrath, the band has earned a fierce reputation in the underground metal scene for their blistering speed, razor-sharp guitar riffs, and aggressive, venomous vocals. Their sound draws heavy inspiration from first-wave black metal and early heavy metal pioneers like Bathory, Venom, S***m, Gospel of the Horns and Manilla Road.

Band announcement #4: SWORDS OF DIS

Swords Of Dis bring UK occult black metal steeped in abyssal fire, lunar transfiguration and primordial feminine power. Amid the serpent-mantled scales, ominous scent of incense and the crimson waters of a profane blood font, their live performances blur the boundary between black metal and ritual. At the centre, the voice becomes the living vessel of something ancient, sovereign and unbound. Prepare to bear witness as the stage becomes a threshold through which an older and more powerful presence is given voice, flesh and form.

Band announcement #3: PRAETORIAN

Emerging from the inner realms of North Hertfordshire, Praetorian are a four-piece wrecking crew obsessed with angry, bowel-imploding riffs and chaos-infused soundscapes. Since their formation in 2015, the quartet has perfected a ruthless blend of blackened sludge metal, doom-laden heaviness, and noise rock, creating a sonic onslaught that melts faces and rattles bones. Their music is ferocious yet oddly comforting, with moments of tranquil post-metal beauty peeking through the chaos.

Band announcement #1: CHILD OF SORROW

Originally formed as a one man project to cure to aching boredom during the dreaded pandemic. During this unprecedented time, Adam Beck discovered the world around him, without the disturbance of civilisation, just the tranquility of what the earth originally offered. This, along with the brutal truth of where the world is headed, created his vision of atmospheric black metal. Blending the chaos that comes with black metal, and the solitude of what comes with ambient. Child of Sorrow disbanded in 2021, only to reform in 2026 to perform a one off show in aid of MIND charity. This found the project gaining an extra member and beginning to perform at a more regular (but sporadic) level.
