The other week while working with another production company, we had a conversation about the freelance crew used on various jobs.
Having a can-do attitude or being approachable can go a long way. If something isn't quite going to plan, say for example if a bit of kit goes wrong and it's handled politely and with a smile - clients are generally more understanding/forgiving.
As the year is closing out, we'd would like to say thanks to all the hard working freelancers who not only made various jobs possible, but enjoyable. Making those stressful events that little bit easier, or those late night derigs, in the rain, a little less harder. 😍
