Ladies, you do not have to be the centre of everything this holiday season.

There is often an unspoken pressure to plan it, buy it, cook it, remember it, organise it, and still appear cheerful.

But you do not have to exhaust yourself to prove that you care.

Ask for help.
Share the responsibility.
Let people show up for you.
Create boundaries, but do not build walls.
Be surrounded by people you trust.

There is nothing shameful about saying, “I cannot do all of this alone.” We were created for community.

Asking for help does not make you weak or incapable. Sometimes, it is the wisest and strongest thing you can do.

This season, give yourself permission to receive some of the care you so freely give to everyone else. 🤎

You can be outspoken and yet feel unheard, unseen and smaller than who God created her to be.

Shrinking often begins as protection. You stop saying what you think. You stop asking for what you need. You call silence peace because speaking up has cost you too much before.

But your voice is still there.

Your voice is in your choices, your standards, your prayers, your boundaries and your ability to say, “This does not work for me.”

You can be gifted and still feel unsure.

You can be beautiful and still feel unseen.

You can be intelligent and still shrink in rooms where your voice deserves space.

I want you to hear this clearly.
Your confidence has not been destroyed. Sometimes, it has been buried, beneath fear, shame or years of trying to please people who were never assigned to define you.

Rebuilding confidence begins with self honesty.

A lady once said to me, “I am not sure I miss him. I think I miss who I thought we would become.”

That is the kind of sentence many women are afraid to say out loud.
Sis, healing after divorce or relationship breakdown does not begin with pretending you are fine. It begins with telling the truth without turning that truth into shame.

Your first step is not to rush into a new life. Your first step is to stop making the ending mean that you are less valuable.
You are not less because someone left. You are not less because something ended. You are not less because marriage did not become what you prayed it would become.

Your identity is rooted in God, not in being chosen by another person.

Many women are not stuck because they lack desire. They are stuck because healing can feel too big to begin.

Today, ask yourself:

✦ What am I feeling today? ✦ What have I been pretending not to feel? ✦ What feels too heavy to keep carrying? ✦ What do I need from God in this season? ✦ What is one gentle step I can take today?

Healing often begins when you stop performing strength and allow your inner life to speak.

Scripture says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” That means God does not wait for you at the polished version of yourself. He meets you in the honest place. The tired place. The confused place. The place where you whisper, “Lord, I do not know what to do next.”

I declare 1 Kings 18:46 over you as we enter June.

What a powerful verse! It shows that when the hand of the Lord comes upon a person, human limitation is no longer the final measure of what they can carry, complete, or outrun.

Elijah did not just run with natural strength. He was strengthened for an assignment.

Declare:

The hand of the Lord is upon me. I receive supernatural strength for the journey ahead. I will not collapse under the weight of what I prayed for. I am strengthened, positioned, and accelerated by God’s grace.
