A winner never quits and a quitter never wins. It is not about how fast you run the race, it is about staying in the race. Even if you fall down, fall inside the lanes, brush yourself off and keep going. Crawl, stagger, hippity hop over the finish line, if that's what it takes to get over it. By any means, just get over that line.
