We’re back - submissions are now open for the rebel city’s print journal.

Subs can come from anywhere in the world, and are not limited by age or background.

We’re looking for short fiction and non-fiction (think essays/slow journalism) up to 4000 words. Or, up to four poems, each no more than 2000 characters including spaces.

We’re sure you’re going to make this difficult for us by being annoyingly good again.

We’ll close again on midnight of the 16th of May, and then we’ll be doing some serious reading. Let’s go!

At the start of the month we attended the 10 year celebration event of Nottingham as a City of Literature! lt was a lovely evening celebrating Nottingham’s literary past, present and future with a lineup of wonderful local and international speakers.
