Woo hoo! What a fantastic morning at HQ, delivering the first two of ten workshops as part of The Learning Festival! Huge credit to Gemma Boulton for curating such an incredible programme of development opportunities.

Today, we explored our core values (the things that truly drive us) and reflected on how aligned we are with them in our life and work right now. We also dived into confidence and self-sabotage, uncovering the subtle (or sometimes not so subtle) ways our inner critic tries to keep us small!

There’s more to come over the next fortnight, with sessions on boundaries, assertiveness and energising strengths. A big thank you to everyone who chose to prioritise their growth and joined us this morning - your energy, openness and input were inspiring. Excited for what’s to come 😊

This four-part course is a practical, supportive space to reconnect with your confidence, quiet your inner critic and do more of what you love.

Sunday was magic. I kicked off the first ever Authentic Empowerment course! Eight amazing women (and one Gay man - me) all sat face-to-face at the beautiful .hotel in Nottingham.

We explored the differences between ‘EGO Confidence’ and ‘Authentic Confidence’ using a model I’ve developed (check me), we looked at what we’d like to be different in our lives - which included one of my favourite questions, ‘You are handed the key to the life of your dreams, what does it unlock?’ And we ended by meeting our future selves.

We laughed, got deep and imagined what life would look like if we backed ourselves fully. We’re back in a couple of weeks to face up to our inner critic - I can’t wait. This is the most rewarding thing I’ve done in a long time.
