I’m always fascinated by the way people lived in the old days. So I’m going to try making bread loaf with this cast iron enamel loaf tin.

I started whisking in high speed and continuous until frothy and foamy then gradually added small amount of sugar at a time. The Meringue then become thick to beat but still continue to reach the stiff peaks and when you turn over it holds firm. I didn’t add cream of tartar in this but still the same results.
