Two adjacent pegs. Under-18s must fish with an adult.
In line with Carp Team England, juniors are under 22. Anyone 18–22 still fishes as a pair.

The BYCAC British Young Carpers 2026 last weekend I was happy with second down the drawer with my first place chosen swim fish were showing in the morning but that soon stopped soon as the match started at 12 o’clock they soon went down the other end but kept on ongoing feeding and trying to keep constant recasting solid bags hoping for a few fish to come along the weather was either absolutely torrential rain or hot and sunny 😬 but fantastic weekend met out with some mates I haven’t seen since last year. Match ended with zero fish a little bit gutted as we did have a few liners on the last night. But nothing came out of it still kept positive even got a run the last hour of the match only to find out the neighbours line wiped us out. A quick recast and hope for the best but final whistle all packed up and that’s it!! Learned lot again and taking a lot of information back to improve and progress and better for next years BYCAC 2027!!

 What is a big well done to everyone who put the event on and all the Marshalls he worked throughout the 48 hours

Let the fun begin cannot wait for this competition! I look forward to this every year and finally got a ticket for this year’s BYCAC British Young Carpers 2026. Let’s do the damage with Handcraft Baits and it’s done me well over the last few years with PB’s and multiple hauls of fish!! It’s the bait that you can rely on!
