Lives Well Lived is an independent, boutique publishing house specialising in capturing the life stories of influential and loved people among the families, friendship groups and communities who they have loved, served, befriended and, often, inspired. Having co-founded a pioneering Secondary School as its CEO, I remain committed to cause-based initiatives that benefit communities as a whole or vu
lnerable segments. I now provide premium Funeral Celebrancy services to help enable families and friends across East Anglia to provide the most meaningful, moving and memorable funeral service imaginable; a final gift that is everything their loved-one deserved. I also run a boutique publishing imprint capturing life stories of interesting and influential people who may not have achieved national notoriety, but were loved and admired among their families, friendship groups and communities. I initially built two successful Creative, Media and Marketing Services groups with my colleague Robert Essex. Both companies achieved consistent double-digit annual compound growth. We floated the first on the London Stock Exchange and the other remained private and achieved Sunday Times 100 top ten status. Underpinning this corporate development, my fee generating activity involved advising world class brands on Consumer Communications and Customer Experience Excellence, particularly helping to tell the stories to consumers for the Hollywood film sector on all the biggest tiles and franchises. In my portfolio of roles as a CEO or as an Independent Consultant working through Aythorpe Associates, I provide Sales, Marketing, Communications, Innovation and Customer Service insights, techniques and support which generate rapid growth and enterprise value. This often involves progress up the chain of economic value, from products and services to experiences and beyond.
