TOILETS REOPENING

Thanks to Juliepirone4TweeddaleEast for confirming the reopening of the East Station (Edinburgh Road) public toilets beside Sainsbury’s from tomorrow (Wednesday 8 October).

They will be operated by Scottish Borders Council staff and the opening hours will be from 07:30 til 15:30 (07:30 - 15:00 on Fridays). No charges will apply.

Cllr Pirone says “We will be working on a more permanent solution and a solution for local events. Again, if you see anything suspicious at these toilets please report it to Police Scottish Borders.”

This Thursday (9 October) at the Eastgate Theatre. Under 21s go free and adults accompanying a young person can attend for £11. You can also buy a season ticket for the entire 25-26 Music in Peebles series. Another lovely poster as well from Philip Hutton.
