We have spent today negotiating with everyone we can think of to make this event happen.

Unfortunately, due to being at 58% capacity on entries across both days, we cannot make the numbers work 😭 even with anticipated late entries.

Full refunds will be issued by BE.

April was such a fabulous event and we very much look forward to welcoming you all through the gates at that fixture in 2026 🩵

Thank you to all our current entries, volunteers, sponsors, trade stands, contractors and suppliers for your unwavering support, we will be back in the spring!

We are both absolutely gutted, so much effort behind the scenes has already happened, and we’re very deflated with not being able to make this work 💔
