I love this! Small acts of kindness truly can change everything.

I remember once, I was on a VERY turbulent flight. I’m a very anxious flyer, so I wasn’t doing well, and began to cry and shake. I was seated next to an older Indian couple. The woman hugged my arm and comforted me, while the gentleman reached across his wife and encased my hand in his. Once we’d safely landed, they offered me water and absolutely waved off any apologies I offered. They were truly wonderful and I will absolutely never forget how kind they were in a situation that was very scary for me.
