I walked into a client onboarding this week and almost instantly rewrote the plan for her socials within minutes and this is why getting infront of your clients is important.

Naturally when you think of the beauty industry, you assume bold, high impact ‘look at me’ visuals.

But once we got speaking and I got a better feel for the brand voice I realised this wasn’t a fit at all.

Their energy is warm, personal and really inviting and I wanted to showcase that. So I started from scratch and I’m SO glad we did.

This is why brand voice is so important, it’s not about what’s trending or what looks good. It’s about what that business actually feels like and knowing your audience!
