We will be joined by local adventurers Darren Grigas and Sarah King, who recently completed an incredible 100-mile non-stop run across Scotland in support of Anna's Hope.

Starting at Glamis Castle and finishing at Stirling Castle, they pushed themselves through pain, exhaustion, and the unknown to raise funds for a fantastic local charity supporting children and families.

We'll be talking about the highs, the lows, the toughest moments, what kept them going through the night, and what it felt like to cross the finish line after one of the biggest challenges of their lives.

This is an inspiring story of determination, resilience, teamwork, and community spirit that you will not want to miss.

On the show, we chatted with Steve Harknett, one of the organisers of ACTIVATE! at Central Park Peterborough, the fantastic FREE sports taster event for children returning for its fourth year.

Taking place on Saturday 6th June from 11am to 3pm, ACTIVATE! offers young people the chance to:

🗺️ Pick up a map and collect stickers
🎁 Receive a free gift
💚 Learn more about healthy lifestyles through a range of community stalls

We discussed why events like ACTIVATE! are so important for encouraging participation in sport, promoting healthy living and helping young people discover new activities they can enjoy.
