Tell me I wasn’t the only one 🤦🏼‍♀️

When I look back to a few years ago, I realised something about my mindset 🤯 I used to think I had to be high vibe all the time to attract what I wanted. Can you relate? 🙋🏼‍♀️

So I’d force the smiles (that was the social media expectation), pretend I wasn’t overwhelmed, push through the low days…
But deep down, I knew it definitely wasn’t working, I wasn’t attracting the ideal client / customer, team member or business partners - in fact showing up for the sake of it felt meh! Maybe you’re in this phase now?

What I’ve come to realise?
You don’t manifest or attract anything from this energy. It comes from awareness. From presence. From energy that’s authentically aligned.

Now, when I feel off (because let’s be honest, we all do), I don’t panic—I reset.

✨ Sometimes that looks like stepping outside and breathing in some real air.
✨ Sometimes it’s putting on a song that shifts my mood in under 30 seconds.
✨ Sometimes it’s just asking, “What do I need right now to feel a little lighter?”

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being intentional.

Anyone else feeling a bit emotional, fired up… or just ready for a change lately?
You’re not imagining it 👀

We’re in something called the Lion’s Gate Portal right now (it peaks on the 8th of August, Gabriel’s birthday of course 😉) and even if you’ve never heard of it before, chances are… you’re feeling it.

It’s a time of big energy, fresh clarity and that nudge to be braver, bolder and a bit more you.
You might feel like letting go of what’s no longer working or feel nudged to reset those boundaries that you’ve let slip. Or suddenly know exactly what needs to shift.

He told himself it would happen ⬇️

Did you know Ed Sheeran used to sleep on friends' sofas, busk on street corners and play small gigs with nothing but a guitar and a big vision? No fancy start. No backup plan. Just belief, consistency, and purpose.

He carried a notebook that said “I will sell out Wembley”

He didn’t just dream of playing massive shows like Wembley; he prepared for it, aligned with it, and showed up for it long before the world believed in him - He visualised it every day and went on to sell out Wembley 3 nights in a row! (and we’ve seen him many times since 🤩).

I love this story because it’s such a grounded reminder that manifestation isn’t magic, it’s mindset, energy and action combined.

We all have an “Ed Sheeran moment” inside us.
That version of ourselves who:
🔸Believes in our vision before it makes sense
🔸Keeps going when no one’s watching
🔸Trusts that aligned action pays off

Real Talk: This season of life? It’s wild.
Not in a “girls gone wild” kinda way (although, honestly, I wouldn’t say no to a spontaneous weekend away in a hotel with blackout blinds and no one needing me).

I mean wild in the 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭-𝐢𝐬-𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧-𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐨-𝐦𝐲-𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲-𝐚𝐧𝐝-𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 kinda way.

💥 One minute I’m fine.
The next I’m in a full-on hot flush, standing in the fridge trying to cool down.

🧠 My brain? She’s buffering.
I walk into a room with purpose and leave with snacks because I forgot why I went in there.

💬 I’m emotional.
Like “I just cried at a dog food advert” emotional.
Also somehow annoyed at the same time?

You can’t fake energy can you? ❓❓

Hear me out… I’m here for feel Good Friday vibes and all that jazz, but I genuinely think energy is the most transparent thing ever and wether you realise it or not, it’s either attracting or repelling people, things and opportunities every day 🤗

We’ve all been in that situation right - you meet someone who you instantly ‘click’ with, you’re drawn towards them like a magnet 🧲 their energy is on point and you just know they’re your kind of vibe! (And I don’t mean when they’re faking it, as we can usually see when it’s a mask, it feels different!) 🫣

I’m an energy girl! ⚡️The more I tap into following what feels right, the lighter and happier life seems to be! Things just feel good 😊

I’ve made lots of changes over the last 18 months and I’ve discovered so much about myself. I smile a lot 😁 (nope not crazy, or should I say not crazier!) and I’ve so much gratitude for life and it’s journey - challenges and all.

When you start truly seeing what’s already good, even the tiniest things - something shifts.
Your energy lifts. Your mindset softens.

You are not lazy.

You see - manifestation isn’t just about asking and receiving. It’s about ALIGNING.

And alignment happens when your desires feel safe to your body, not just exciting to your brain.

You’re spinning all the plates, running a business (or dreaming of one), raising a family, chasing goals… and yet, you often finish the day wondering what you actually achieved.

Here’s a truth most successful people quietly live by:

From Oprah to Richard Branson, so many high-performers swear by journaling and daily gratitude. Not because it’s cute or trendy, but because it works.

It helps them:
• Clear the mental clutter
