This time of year is always… ALOT. The festive season can feel heavy and overstimulating. So instead of forcing myself to “get in the spirit,” I decided to meet December in my own way.

I bought myself an advent calendar filled with soy wax candles, small moments of light I can actually look forward to. One tiny flame each day to help me slow down, breathe, and celebrate the little wins instead of getting lost in the noise of Christmas.

Sometimes support looks like big things… and sometimes it’s a simple ritual that makes the days feel softer.

This little silver box is about to become my full-time home on wheels.

The next step in building a life and business that truly supports my health, happiness, and freedom.
