Ever found yourself stuck in an AI spiral? 👀🌀

You open ChatGPT to get something done… and before you know it, you’re 27 prompts deep, still chasing that “perfect” answer that never quite lands. That’s "doomprompting" the creative cousin of doomscrolling.

It creeps in when perfectionism takes over, when FOMO whispers “maybe one more prompt…”, or when you forget that AI should support your thinking, not replace it.

The fix? Set a prompt limit. Treat AI as your creative jump-start, not your co-pilot. And remember - it’s not about the perfect paragraph, it’s about what works for your audience.
