Hi everyone, if you know any young musicians / bands then pass this on to them. The Basement in Helston have two great courses coming up, a Build A Band one to connect budding musicians and give them a taste of playing in a real band situation and I am running a Band Craft course for bands that have 4 -5 songs ready to play but need to learn all the stage and equipment skills to put on a show, all with pro gear in an amazing purpose built venue. This is for 13 - 17 yr olds and costs just £20 for the 4 Saturday sessions.

It's been a brilliant year getting out and about in the Cornish music scene and meeting so many great people after 18 yrs living away, lots of familiar faces but loads of new and very talented ones too. Thanks to everyone who has made the year a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to next years musical exploits! Here are some pics of things I have been involved with over the last few months.

Busy few days , we ran the Eco Park open mic on Thursday and played with our new reggae/ funky band then the Unicorn open mic on Friday and played with our other band Wildwood then off to Fowey last night to run sound for The Strutts at a private party. All good fun!
