Scientific Death of Jesus
Flesh torn from his body, his beard torn from his face.
A crown of thorns thrust onto his head. Beaten and humiliated as he carried the cross.
Nailed by his wrists so that tendons would break and he’d be forced to try and hold himself up in order to be able to breathe.
Bled until he had no blood left and water poured out from his wounds. No ordinary man would have survived everything Jesus did.
Even a portion of this would have absolutely broken my mind. Yet even as he was dying this horrific death on the cross, Jesus was praying and called out to God to forgive us, His people.
Over 2000 years ago, Christ died for me. Nothing could ever top this act of love. Today, I walk with Him in faith. Jesus, Yeshua, the resurrection and the life, I thank you 🙏🏻🤍
