9 squid and 2 cuttlefish in just 8 minutes! 🦑🤯

I got off the phone at 9:00, started fishing straight away, and the minute the jig hit the water, it was chaos!

It felt like I’d been there for an hour. When I finally checked the time, it was only 9:10! 😂

2 minutes of that was the last squid spinning and wrapping my jig in the net 🤦‍♂️ Might have had a few more if that hadn’t happened! I got it out and the net was not damaged though

Never had anything like it happen before! 🦑

The excitement you get and the fight on light gear is incredible 🎣

GOOD NIGHT FOR SEA LIFE! 🦑🪼

New baitfish on the scene… and a MONSTER jellyfish! And lots of bay ones too🪼😳

I’m saying 300mm+ wide and around 450mm long! I’ve posted a reel, although the video really doesn’t do it justice. 🤣 Absolutely incredible to see!

No wind despite what was predicted 🤣 No lights either, but the action was still there!

I’m still not feeling the best, so I’m not ready for the shingle just yet… but my time will come. 🎣

Autumn is really starting to kick into gear now! 🍂🎣

GUESS WHAT THIS IS…

This morning has been emotional 🥲 I finally have the sib water ready after a real late night It’s protected my diy transducer pole.. a very decent length of line and a tied .. engine ready!

Tackle sorted decided il pack the car as birds been working the last few mornings ,,

I though il even stick the rods in , no streets lights or headlights nor did my interior light come on for some reason … it was like destiny had to put the rods in a unfamiliar spot with it being full with sib and it caught I believe in the window and bam 💥

It 2.30am after a long night my hopes faded of getting up for it but we are sea ready 💪

It’s repaired but why why why always me hopefully no bad luck when I’m in the water 🍀🍀🍀
