Filming for Life on the River this morning at Clitheroe castle. Episode 2 includes Clitheroe and it will be good to include Norman Knights.

Nature at it's best. Wildflowers, bees and butterflies in a previously worked quarry allowed to be taken back once again to its natural state. Ribble Valley a place I call home and have often taken for granted.

Be Brave Team were out again this week and we spotted these House Martin Nests under the gable of a house. It was fantastic just to watch them for an hour.
