We’re opening the kitchen door at 5pm and serving right up until the Rotary quiz gets moving at 20:00ish.

The Game Plan:
✅ 17:00: Hatch opens.
✅ 18:30: Peak time. Get in early to beat the rush.
✅ 19:45: Rotary Quiz kicks off.

We’re providing the brain fuel 🧠. The pub is providing the beer 🍻. Help The Jolly win the £300 charity prize for their chosen cause.

We’ll be fueling the tables until the first question is asked.

𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜: The secret menu item from our last, and next round of pop-ups.

First, it was the "Secret Sausage" Currywurst - which did so well, it’s now a permanent best-seller.

The latest off-menu addition?

Ｐａｄ Ｔｈａｉ－ｔｏｅｓ

We swapped the noodles for Sriracha Roasties. Stir-fried chicken, mangetout, red pepper with Pad Thai sauce, topped with Kewpie mayo, crushed peanuts, spronions, and a lime wedge for a bit of citric zing.

Sound weird? Maybe. Does it work? The feedback was a 10/10 with no notes.

Sold out. Then wiped out.

Cheers to everyone who came down for the double pop-up weekend. Seeing those flights fly out the door is why we do this. And another huge thanks to The Jolly Sailor-Ramsey & The Green Man Royston for having us.

If we’ve been quiet since, it’s because the universe decided to balance out a successful weekend with a 3-night inpatient stay in hospital. Not exactly the momentum change we had in mind, but we’re back on our feet now.

Between the 40-hour day job and the unexpected medical detour, we're working on our next dates - and some minor service improvements!

The weekend of the Roastie is nearly here, and we're looking forward to setting a potato peeling personal best at The Jolly Sailor-Ramsey this Saturday!
