We witnessed a truly special moment this week as Marcia, Trevor, and Heather visited our pop-up exhibition We Were There: A Caribbean Story.

A few years ago they generously donated the original photograph featured in our Routes to Reading display, and during their visit they recreated that iconic childhood image from their early days in Reading.

A beautiful reminder of heritage, community, and the stories that connect us across generations 💛

Visit the museum and celebrate these incredible stories with us - We Were There will be on display until Saturday 1st November.
