Two years ago today we released our debut short film “English Rose” into the world, and it feels like a lifetime ago yet just yesterday all at once.

The production marked a huge starting point for us, personally and creatively. Even though times have changed since then, the fondness for that experience—for every challenge, every late night, every moment of collaboration on set—remains.

Thank you to everyone who was part of the journey, to those who watched, shared, and felt something with us. Your support means the world!

Today we’re remembering our collaboration with the incredible Shaun Paul Smith Dance Academy from earlier this year! 🤩

The company booked us for an extensive media package, including professional studio headshots of their whole company, a sleek official programme design and print, promotional videography, and high-quality filming of their epic final performance – which we then produced onto DVDs for families to cherish!

We're very proud to have played a small part in the success of the fantastic show!🌟

Supporting talent and capturing special moments is what we're all about.

“GOD BLESS US, EVERYONE!”🕯️📸

We’re thrilled to be back in the rehearsal room, and this week with the incredibly talented folks at Redditch Operatic Society!

ROS are hard at work preparing their retelling of the timeless classic, ‘A Christmas Carol,’ which they’ll be performing this November, and we had the privilege of capturing some of the rehearsal magic and getting a sneak peek at the fantastic work they’re putting in.

Five-Fifteen Productions are excited to announce that our short film, Meeting Point, has been nominated for an award at the 2025 Midlands Movies awards!

Our writer, George S. Evans, has earned a nomination for Best Writing (Original or Adapted Screenplay).

This marks our second consecutive year at the festival, and we are thrilled to return, showcasing our passion for creativity and the arts within the area.

A well-crafted script is the backbone of any film, guiding the narrative and shaping the characters, and we are so pleased that this integral part of the film production process has been recognised.

This nomination is not just a celebration of one person’s hard work but of the collaborative effort that brought Meeting Point to life and therefore we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this project and to our audience for your unwavering support.

We also wish to congratulate our fellow nominees on their hard work and dedication to the art form.

Our most recent film, Meeting Point, has been awarded ★ ★ ★ ★’s from the British International Amateur Film Festival and has also received three nominations across various categories.

After a screening at the Crescent Theatre in Birmingham, the category award winners will be announced during the BIAFF Festival Dinner and Awards Show.

We want to extend our biggest thank you to the judging panel for all of your time, feedback, and recognition.

Congratulations to the cast and crew for receiving these award nominations, and a special mention goes to Julia Bentley, who was recognised as Best Actress in the first round.

We are all incredibly proud of this achievement and can’t wait to see what the future holds for Meeting Point as the 2025 festival season begins!🏅🎬
