🥖✨ Celebrating the art (and heart) of baking this National Bakers Day! ✨🧁

Today is all about honouring the passion, creativity, and dedication that goes into every single bake. From carefully mixing ingredients to creating beautiful designs, baking is truly a labour of love. 💕

For this special day, I have my humble vanilla cupcakes—some topped with silky Italian meringue buttercream, others with classic American buttercream. Each swirl, sprinkle, and pearl is a tribute to the joy of baking and the bakers who make every bite magical. 🎂✨

If Autumn was a dessert, it would be these fudgy Biscoff brownies 🍂✨

These gooey brownies are swirled with Lotus Biscoff spread, layered with biscoff biscuits, chocolate chips and topped with crunchy biscuit crumble. The rich, fudgy texture melts into caramelised speculoos spice — cosy, sweet, and utterly indulgent.

Perfect for jumper weather, coffee dates, and Gilmore Girls marathons.

Okay, but can we take a moment for this marbled pistachio Bundt cake? 💚🍰

Golden on the outside, soft and nutty on the inside,swirls of pistachio running through the centre with that dreamy pistachio ganache glaze dripping over every edge. And of course, I couldn’t resist finishing it with a crown of crushed pistachios for extra crunch. 😍😍

There’s just something so special about a Bundt cake baked in a Nordic Ware tin – the shape alone makes it feel like a showstopper before you’ve even added the glaze. This one is giving me all the pistachio dessert goals and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever get over that shine ✨
