I was thrilled to design this event poster and share in a range of formats for printing a5, stories and social square for through my business – and it’s so exciting to finally see this vision moving forward.

❤️If your body’s saying pause, that’s not laziness — it’s wisdom.
❤️Rest doesn’t need to be earned.
❤️You’re allowed to slow down.
❤️You’re allowed to just be.

🙂Not every day is for ticking things off or pushing through — especially if you’re already carrying a lot.
❤️Today might be for cups of tea, quiet breaths, and leaving the list undone.

We as family are learning to listen to our nervous systems especially after a busy end of school week. Today is a ‘reset!’

This kind message came from a holistic practitioner I supported this week.
