Three Key Lessons from My Podcast Journey

I wanted to share a few things I’ve found helpful when starting a podcast. These three tips have made a big difference for me:

1. Just start—and aim for consistency. Don’t overthink it. Launch your first episode and focus on showing up regularly.
2. Post at least once a month. That’s a solid baseline. From there, you can build momentum and increase your frequency.
3. Clarify roles if you’re working with others. Whether it’s an editor, producer, or co-host, set up a clear roles-and-responsibilities template so everyone knows what they’re accountable for.

I’ll be back soon with more thoughts on what to consider when launching your podcast.

Why Is She Still Free? | Christina Formella Case + Gender Double Standards

The Christina Formella situation exposes a real gender double standard in society.
Over 50 serious charges… yet she’s still free to walk outside.
If this was a man — the reaction would be very different.

On our podcast, we discuss accountability, public perception, and why male victims rarely receive the same support.

Do you think the system treats men and women fairly in cases like this? 👀

The “Dot Era” didn’t cause the downturn; it emerged from it. When traditional industry models faltered, artists didn’t fold—they innovated. The Dot Era represents a creative pivot: raw storytelling, digital-first strategy, and emotional resonance over commercial formulas. Yes, the industry’s facing turbulence, but that’s exactly why this movement matters. It’s not about chart dominance—it’s about cultural relevance, legacy building, and redefining value beyond streams and sales.

If anything, the Dot Era is a response to the burden, not the cause of it. It’s artists reclaiming narrative control, connecting directly with audiences, and building something that lasts—even when the numbers don’t. That’s not failure. That’s evolution.
