Lots of people have been asking about the profile picture on the Brockhampton Fishery page. It was a fish caught by Anietra Hamper - Three Word Press on a recent visit from the US. It weighed in at 11lb 6oz and for all the doubters out there I've posted a juggling photo that clearly shows the girth on this amazing fish.
Well done Anietra and we welcome more visitors from across the pond to catch these beautiful hard fighting fish.

I'm finding more Salmon succumbing to high water temperature. This fish quite strangely kept trying to beach itself whilst we were fishing and we kept trying to move it back into the flow. Unfortunately the next day it was on the bank half eaten 😔

The transition to Autumn has started and with a lovely flush of fresh water coming through the fish are feeding well. This pristine fish just tipped the scales at 10lb 1oz and was the best of a few fish last night.
