Sunday is my reset — a little time to:
🌿 Nourish my body with good food (and maybe a second coffee)
🌿 Move gently — a stretch, a walk, or just feeling the sunshine on my skin
🌿 Hydrate, replenish, and give my skin some love
🌿 Check in with myself — how am I feeling, what do I need?

Wellness isn’t just about routines and rituals, it’s about listening — to your body, your heart, your energy.

So today, I’m letting it be simple. I’m choosing softness. I’m filling my own cup before the week begins. 💛

Living with a chronic illness means some days start slow, heavy, or uncertain. But showing up with whatever you’ve got—that’s courage. That’s strength. That’s enough.

This mindset keeps me in the light more often than the dark. It reminds me that progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, gently and truthfully, for yourself.
